For years, I felt like my body was betraying me. I had POTS, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, blood sugar crashes, Raynaud’s, and daily symptoms that made it hard to be present for my kids, my husband, or even myself. I visited specialist after specialist, only to be told my labs were “normal.” But nothing about my life felt normal. Deep down, I knew there had to be more than pills, guesswork, and symptom suppression. So I became my own investigator.

Functional lab testing revealed what conventional medicine missed: hormone chaos, gut imbalances, blood sugar dysfunction, detox overload, and a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. When I began applying targeted protocols, supporting my energy body, and healing emotionally, things finally shifted. Now, I help other women over 40 do the same.
